Booking & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within serven (7) days prior to arrival date or "No Show" 100% of the advanced payment is forfeited or non-refundable. Cancellation is advised not less than 5 days prior to check-in date a 20% booking penalty is charge on the downpayment.

Booking requires fifty percent (50%) advance payment. Foregoing rates are subject to change without prior notice. government taxes may apply. Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 12 noon.
